TERMS OF REGISTRATION
Fredericton Roller Hockey League 2024

• The undersigned is responsible for the conduct of the player while participating in this sport.
• The player listed below assumes all risk through enrollment in this program with the understanding that although play is non-checking it consists of physical interaction and limited contact, thus one is capable of injury. The undersigned player shall not hold the FRHL, its President, Executive or Officials, liable in the event of injury or loss. A Parent or Legal Guarding must sign this form for any player who has not reached the age of 19. The undersigned Parent or Guardian shall not hold the FRHL, its President, Executive or Officials liable in the event of injury or loss.
• All players must wear full equipment as approved by the CSA. This includes a Hockey Helmet, elbow pads, hockey gloves, jock or strap, pants with hip/thigh protection (optional), shin pads, inline skates. Players must wear the sweater as provided by the FRHL, of which must be returned to the FRHL President at the end of the season.
• Every effort will be made to balance the teams and ensure a fun first activity, yet a competitive atmosphere. All players will be subject to the draft system.
• All fees are non-refundable, subject to the discretion of the President and/or Executive of the league, and must be paid in full during the registration date or at the first scheduled game. (No Exceptions).
